About Me....
Hello I am Mike Tyson and welcome to my web site. I have always been a great lover of illustrated books and magazines. I began drawing at a very early age and never stopped. I have won awards in several art and illustration competitions. I worked for several years as a graphic artist in the computer game industry and also various illustrations projects for both books and comic book s. Children s books have long been a favorite of mine and I have long wished to work in the field. To that end I have provided samples of two works one present and one past. I created both. Gallery one contains excerpts from my work in progress called Messy Monster. Gallery two is a short story done for comics called The Mission. The Mission was an exercise to tell a story completely with illustrations. I strive to show strong emotions in my characters, and to create real environments for them to react in. The result being the readers can fully relate to the characters and immersethem selves in the story more completely.
